Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce Over Veggies


So dang ol' yummie!!!
To start with bring about
  • 1/2 c to 1c of milk to a simmer with what ever seasonings you like. I enjoy rosemary, garlic, or italian Seasonings. Season to taste.
  • Add about 1/4 c of GORGONZOLA cheese.
  • If it's too running add a pinch of Flour to thicken and milk to thin.
Top over steak or whatever veggies of your choice.
