To start with bring about
- 1/2 c to 1c of milk to a simmer with what ever seasonings you like. I enjoy rosemary, garlic, or italian Seasonings. Season to taste.
- Add about 1/4 c of GORGONZOLA cheese.
- If it's too running add a pinch of Flour to thicken and milk to thin.
