2 Cups of Kale or like mix
1/2 Cup of shredded Carrots
Toss these together until you like it.
Add Tahini, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Juice from one Lemon, Garlic, Paprika, and Sea Salt. Start with Tahini about 1-Tablespoon with the Lemon Juice, drizzle the oil until smooth texture.
Start with 1-Teaspoon of garlic a few dashes of paprika. Adjust until you like it.
Once you like the Sauce mix with the greens, serve cold.
